Seek First the Kingdom of God | A Hymn of God’s Words “I Will Not Rest Until I Gain God”

Seek First the Kingdom of God | A Hymn of God’s Words “I Will Not Rest Until I Gain God”

Out of my own willingness I follow God. I don’t care whether He wants me or not. I seek to love Him, steadfastly follow Him. I will gain Him, offering my life to Him.

I

May the will of God be accomplished. May my heart be fully offered up to God. No matter what God does or what He plans for me, I’ll keep on following, seeking to gain Him. Out of my own willingness I follow God. I don’t care whether He wants me or not. I seek to love Him, steadfastly follow Him. I will gain Him, offering my life to Him.

II

If you wish to stand and fulfill God’s will, if you want to follow Him until the end, lay a firm foundation, practice truth in all things. This pleases God and He will strengthen your love. Out of my own willingness I follow God. I don’t care whether He wants me or not. I seek to love Him, steadfastly follow Him. I will gain Him, offering my life to Him. Continue reading

The Hymn of God’s Word “The Countenance of the Kingdom’s King Is Glorious Beyond Compare”

The Hymn of God’s Word “The Countenance of the Kingdom’s King Is Glorious Beyond Compare”

I

God has made a new beginning on Earth,

so on Earth He has found His glory.

The final prospect is so beauteous

God cannot keep the pride

in His breast from swelling.

God’s heart is beating,

and the hills leap for joy in time.

The waters dance merrily,

and the waves keep time,

slapping against the rocks.

God’s heart is ineffable.

From this we see,

what God plans is just what He has made,

is what He’s foreordained,

and asks that man should experience,

that man should see. Continue reading

Question 1: The Lord Jesus has now returned and He has a new name—Almighty God. Almighty God has expressed the words in the book The Word Appears in the Flesh, and it is the voice of the bridegroom, yet many brothers and sisters are still unable to discern the voice of God. And so, today we have invited the witnesses from the Church of Almighty God. We have invited them to fellowship with us about how to identify the voice of God. So we’ll know how to ascertain that Almighty God is the return of the Lord Jesus.

how-to-identify-the-voice-of-god

Answer: This question is of the utmost importance! To accept God’s work of the last days and behold the appearance of God, we must know how to identify the voice of God. In fact, identifying the voice of God means recognizing the words and utterances of God and recognizing the characteristics of the Creator’s words. Regardless of whether they are the words of God become flesh, or the utterances of the Spirit of God, they are all words spoken by God to mankind from up high. Such are the tone and characteristics of God’s words. The authority and identity of God are clearly manifested. It can also be said to be the unique means by which the Creator speaks. God’s utterances each time He becomes flesh surely cover many areas. They primarily relate to God’s requirements and admonitions of man, the words of God’s administrative decrees and commandments, His words of judgment and chastisement, and His revelation of corrupt mankind. There are also words of prophecies and God’s promises to mankind and so on. These words are all the expression of the truth, the way, and the life. They are all the revelation of the substance of God’s life. They represent God’s disposition and all that God has and is. We are able to see from the words expressed by God that God’s words are the truth, and they have authority, and power. Thus, if you wish to determine whether the words expressed by Almighty God are the voice of God, you can look at the words of the Lord Jesus and the words of Almighty God. You can compare them, and see whether they are the words expressed by one Spirit, and whether they are the work done by one God. If their source is the same, then this proves that Almighty God’s words are God’s utterances, and that Almighty God is the appearance of God. Let us look at the words spoken by Jehovah God during the Age of Law, and the words of the Lord Jesus in the Age of Grace. They were both the direct expression of the Holy Spirit, and, moreover, were the work of one God. This proves that the Lord Jesus was the appearance of Jehovah God, the appearance of the Creator. Those who have read the Bible all know that in the words expressed by the Lord Jesus during the Age of Grace, there were words of admonitions, words of God’s requirements of mankind, and words that touched upon God’s administrative decrees. There are words of many prophecies and promises too. These words were one complete stage of work carried out by God during the Age of Grace. Continue reading

Question 1: The Lord said it to us long ago: “I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (Jhn 14:2-3). The Lord Jesus has already reserved a place for us in the heaven. When He returns, He will directly lift us into the kingdom of heaven. If the Lord has already returned, why are all His saints still on the earth? Why haven’t they been raised up?

the-rapture

Answer: The Lord has prepared a place for His believers. That is true. But is this place on earth or in heaven? We’re not really sure about that. We think the heavenly kingdom is in heaven, but that’s based on our own conceptions and imaginations. Is that really the truth, though? Let’s see what the Lord Jesus said: “After this manner therefore pray you: Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Mat 6:9-10). The Lord Jesus clearly told us that God’s kingdom is on the earth, not in heaven. God’s will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let’s read from Revelation 21:2-3: “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven…. Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” Let’s turn to Revelation 11:15: “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” These prophecies mentioned “the tabernacle of God is with men,” “… new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven,” “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ.” This proves that God will build His kingdom on earth, and He will dwell on earth alongside mankind. The kingdoms of the world will all become Christ’s kingdoms, and they will last forever. If we believe God’s kingdom is in heaven based on our own conceptions and imaginings, believe that when the Lord comes He will take us up into heaven, won’t His previous words be in vain? In reality, the final result of God’s management plan to save humanity is the establishment of God’s kingdom on earth. Almighty God—Christ of the last days—does His work of judging and cleansing mankind in order to make a group of overcomers on the earth. Those who obtain God’s salvation, are made perfect and become overcomers are the ones who can practice God’s words and follow His way on the earth. They are the people of His kingdom. After these overcomers have been created, God’s will will be fulfilled on the earth. Then Christ’s kingdom will be established on earth, and God will gain full glory. In the end, He will fulfill the prophecies in the Book of Revelation. Are we still not clear on these facts? What place has the Lord Jesus prepared for us? He ordained that we were to be born in the last days, meet Him on earth when He returns, accept God’s cleansing and be perfected, and become overcomers so that we can carry out God’s will, and all kingdoms on earth will be made into Christ’s kingdoms. That is God’s will. God comes to earth but we try to go up to heaven. By doing this, aren’t we going against God’s work and His will? If He raises us up into the air, well, there’s no food and no place to live there, how will we survive? Isn’t that all just our conceptions and imaginings? Would the Lord do something like that? The fact that we could think like that, shows that we are really childish. We’re just like having our heads in the clouds!

What exactly are mankind’s destination and the beautiful scenes of the kingdom like? Which of God’s words attest to this?

God’s Word, the Holy Spirit, God’s salvation, Kingdom of God, worship God    The Answer from God’s Word:

As My words are consummated, the kingdom is gradually formed on earth and man is gradually returned to normality, and thus there is established on earth the kingdom in My heart. In the kingdom, all the people of God recover the life of normal man. Gone is the frosty winter, replaced by a world of cities of spring, where it is spring all year round. No longer are people faced with the gloomy, miserable world of man, no longer do they endure the cold chill of the world of man. People do not fight with each other, countries do not go to war against each other, no longer is there carnage and the blood that flows from carnage; all lands are filled with happiness, and everywhere teems with warmth between men. I move throughout the world, I enjoy from atop My throne, I live among the stars. And the angels offer unto Me new songs and new dances. No longer does their own fragility cause tears to run down their faces. No longer do I hear, before Me, the sound of the angels weeping, and no longer does anyone complain of hardship to Me. Today, you all live before Me; tomorrow, you will all exist in My kingdom. Is this not the greatest blessing that I bestow upon man? Continue reading

Breaking Free From Sin Is a Path to the Kingdom of God

By Aixi, Malaysia

When I was 12, I began believing in the Lord Jesus and became a Christian. After I began believing, I actively and persistently participated in Sunday worship and Bible study groups. At Bible study meetings, we often discussed 2 Timothy 4:7–8, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: From now on there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness.” We thought that, as Christians, we should imitate Paul and strive to run around and do works, because the Lord would bestow crowns of righteousness upon us. Our pastor also often encouraged us by saying the kingdom of heaven is entered through effort, and as long as we make efforts to pursue and diligently do the Lord’s work, when the Lord returns, He would rapture us up to the kingdom of heaven. These teachings became the cornerstone of my belief in God, and I swore to myself that I would do all in my power to participate in church service work so that I could accrue enough “value” to satisfy God, so that when He came, I could be raptured up into the kingdom of heaven. Christian Movie “The People of the Heavenly Kingdom” | Only the Honest Can Enter the Kingdom of God

The Lord Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 18:3). The Lord Jesus told us that only honest people can enter the kingdom of heaven; only honest people can be people of the kingdom. This movie tells the story of the Christian Cheng Nuo’s experience of God’s work and the course of her pursuit to become an honest person in life. Continue reading
