God’s judgment and chastisement? What kind of cleansing and transformation can be gained after experiencing God’s judgment and chastisement? What true knowledge of God can be learned? Hello brothers and sisters of Our Daily Devotionals,
We are now in the last stage of the last days, I’ve seen in the news that all kinds of disasters are growing and growing in scale, and whether or not I can be caught up before the disasters and made into an overcomer before the disasters are key issues for me. My opinion about these two issues is that, so long as we hold to the name of the Lord no matter what happens, work hard for the Lord and do not turn back as we go through all manner of adversities, then we can become overcomers. And when the disasters come, we can then be caught up into the sky to meet with the Lord and enjoy His promise. But some have questioned my opinion, saying that some people have now achieved this and that, moreover, the disasters are growing in scale and many kinds of disasters have befallen us already, and yet still no one has been seen being raised up into the sky. Does being caught up really mean being raised up into the sky? And is it so simple to become an overcomer, that one becomes an overcomer just by achieving these things? I don’t quite understand all this, so I’d like to ask your opinion. Looking forward to your reply!
Since I first began believing in Continue reading, end-time Christ, I really admired those brothers and sisters who were following along at Christ’s side, who could personally receive Christ’s shepherding and hear His utterances with their own ears. I felt that it would be wonderful if I were able to hear Christ speak myself one day, and it would be even more glorious if I could see Him with my own eyes. But lately, through listening to Christ’s fellowship, I have come to feel deeply in my heart that I am not fit to see Christ.
Some people believe that after the Lord Jesus resurrected and ascended to heaven, the Holy Spirit descended to work on man on the day of Pentecost. He reproved the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. When we receive the work of the Holy Spirit and repent to the Lord for our sins, we are experiencing the Lord’s judgment. The work done by the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost should be the judgment work of God in the last days. Are we correct in the way we receive it? What is the difference between the work of the Lord Jesus and the judgment work of Almighty God in the last days?

Gospel Movie Clip “Yearning” (1) – So This Is How the Lord Returns
Many believers in the Lord have read the following biblical prophecy: “They shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (Matthew 24:30). They believe that when the Lord returns, He will certainly descend on a cloud, but there are other prophecies in the Bible that say: “Behold, I come as a thief” (Revelation 16:15). “And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go you out to meet him” (Matthew 25:6). It is clear that there are prophecies that the Lord will come in secret in addition to the prophecy that He will openly come down on a cloud. So what is the truth about His return? Continue reading
The Lord Jesus promised: “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:3). The Lord Jesus told us that He will come again and take us to the place He has prepared for us. So I often look at the sky and wait for someday that the Lord will come take me up to the heaven because I thought the Lord was ascending up to the heaven so the place the Lord would prepare for us should probably up in the sky. But after watching this movie, I found that what I thought was just my imagination and the fact isn’t as simple as I imagined. It turns out that the Lord will come use words to do work among man in the last days, to judge and cleanse the root of our sins, and make a group of people who worship Him through conquest. Thus the kingdom of heaven that God has prepared appears among man.
Two thousand years ago, the Lord Jesus promised, “I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:2-3). Many people believe that the Lord returned to heaven, so He is certainly preparing a place for us in heaven. Is this understanding in line with the Lord’s words? What mysteries are contained within this promise?

The work that Jehovah did upon the Israelites established among humanity God’s earthly place of origin, which was also the sacred place where He was present. He confined His work to the people of Israel. At first, He did not work outside of Israel; instead, He chose a people He found suitable in order to restrict the scope of His work. Israel is the place where God created Adam and Eve, and out of the dust of that place Jehovah made man; this place became the base of His work on earth. The Israelites, who were the descendants of Noah and also the descendants of Adam, were the human foundation of Jehovah’s work on earth. Continue reading
The Lord Jesus said, “Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17). Once, Zhang Ming’en was a preacher at a house church. He believed in the Lord for many years, and for all that time, he preached, worked, suffered, and expended for the Lord. After he accepted God’s work of the last days, he was able to accept and submit to any duty arranged for him by the church, and he believed that through these good deeds, he had achieved genuine repentance and change. But, in a church election, Zhang Ming’en watched as other brothers and sisters were chosen as church leaders and deacons, while he was given the duty of hosting meetings. Although outwardly he appeared to accept and submit, he was very unhappy with it. When his wife exposes the fact that he hasn’t sincerely repented and changed, Zhang Ming’en is deeply confused: If behavioral change can’t be called genuine repentance and change, then just what is genuine repentance and change? Watch the skit Have You Truly Repented? to find out the answers. Continue reading
